Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all YG COLLECTION tags attached; items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
